Listen to the conversations from the article ‘English at Work’ on pages 22-23 of English Now No 80. Then complete the sentences with the missing words.

Conversation 1 – Linda is an agent at the New York Visitor Information Center. She helps Tim, a visitor to New York City.

  1. Linda: Hello. Can I help you?
